Sushi Chef
Sushi Chef - SUMI, Notting Hill

- Managing your mise en place, ordering and stock rotation for the sushi section
- Supporting and guiding junior sushi chefs and commis
- Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures at all times
- Keeping the sushi section clean, organised and ready for service
- Taking part in briefings, tastings and ongoing training
