Superba Snacks and Coffee seeks Line Cooks/Prep Cooks!
We are a restaurant committed to chef and product driven food, warm hospitality, a craft bar and unique and cutting-edge design. Our menu is driven by the seasons, vegetable forward, and emphasizes our wood hearth and baking know how. We are community oriented and care deeply about art and style. We are passionate about restaurants! We are looking for passionate, professional, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
We are committed to finding the most talented and hard-working individuals who care about food, art, and community. We are seeking Line Cooks/Prep Cooks with a passion and knowledge for food, beverage, and creating unique experiences for our Guests.
What we’re looking for:
-2 years of kitchen experience
-Detail orientation and cool under pressure
-A self-motivator, who works clean and stays organized.
-Respect for coworkers and a team player mentality is essential
-A desire to learn, grow and be a future leader also encouraged
Qualifications:
-A minimum of 1 years of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience in a fast paced environment
-A true love of Hospitality and Respect for ALL people
-Strong problem solving, communication, and time management skills
-Intense focus for details including steps of service, food quality, presentation, and cleanliness of the restaurant
-Must follow direction, self-motivate, work clean and stay organized.
-Afternoon and weekend brunches availability is required.
