We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the launch of Supernova Mayfair, our newest site opening soon in one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. Supernova is known for its energetic atmosphere and outstanding smashed burgers, making it a standout destination in the capital’s quick-service scene.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a new opening and bring the shop to life from day one.
This is a floor-based leadership role — not an office job. As General Manager, you’ll be on the ground from the very beginning, helping to shape the opening, build the team, and set the tone for service and culture. You’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction.
You’ll report directly to the Multi-site Manager and work closely with the head office teams across operations, HR, training, and marketing to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
This role is ideal for an experienced GM or a strong AGM from a fast-paced QSR or casual dining background who’s ready to lead a high-profile opening in Mayfair and make their mark.
Lead the pre-opening and post-launch daily operations with strong on-the-floor presence.
Ensure speed, consistency, and smooth service across all shifts.
Monitor labour usage and stock control.
Build and lead a full team, from recruitment through to training and development.
Motivate and guide the team to deliver high performance and strong guest experience.
Create a positive, energetic team culture where people feel supported and accountable.
Lead every shift from the front, setting the tone for the service.
Deliver warm, fast, and professional service at all times.
Handle guest feedback and escalations with confidence and care.
Ensure the store reflects the Supernova brand in atmosphere, cleanliness, and quality.
3–5+ years of experience as a General Manager or AGM in QSR or casual dining.
Track record of managing fast-paced teams.
Confident, hands-on leader passionate about people and hospitality.
Previous new opening experience is a bonus — but drive, focus, and energy are essential.
