POSITION SUMMARY
As a Team Member at Supernova, you’ll be the face of the brand — delivering amazing guest experiences, fast, friendly service, and high-energy vibes from the front line. Whether you’re greeting guests, taking orders, running food, or keeping the space spotless, you’ll be a vital part of a tight-knit crew that keeps everything moving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide warm, upbeat, and efficient service to every guest
Take and process orders with accuracy and enthusiasm (POS confident)
Deliver food and drinks promptly, keeping quality and presentation on point
Keep FOH areas clean, stocked, and welcoming at all times
Support the kitchen by running food and helping with light prep when needed
Communicate clearly and positively with your team throughout service
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
Represent the Supernova energy on every shift
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6 months of hospitality or customer-facing experience
Friendly, energetic, and people-focused personality
Able to multitask and stay cool in a fast-paced environment
Strong communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
Reliable, punctual, and team-minded
Available for evenings, weekends, and busy trading periods
Passion for food, service, and creating great vibes for guests
