We’re looking for exceptional part-time team member to join the crew at Supernova Mayfair, our bold and energetic smashed burger concept. Known for our lively vibe and unforgettable burgers, Supernova is all about energy, flavour, and fast-paced fun, redefining London’s quick-service dining scene.

Supernova is part of BVC Hospitality, the hospitality powerhouse behind standout venues like NAC, Crème, 74 Duke, and Le Café NAC, with locations across London, Paris, and the Middle East. We're known for pairing creative concepts with operational excellence.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Part-Time Team Member at Supernova Mayfair, you’ll be the face of the brand — helping deliver amazing guest experiences, fast, friendly service, and high-energy vibes from the front line.

Whether you're greeting guests, taking orders or keeping the space spotless, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team and keeping service moving smoothly during our busiest periods.

This is a perfect role for someone who’s passionate about people, food, and hospitality, and is looking for flexible part-time work within a fun, fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide warm, upbeat, and efficient service to all guests
• Take and process orders with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Keep the front-of-house area clean, stocked, and welcoming at all times
• Support the team by helping with prep and grill if needed
• Communicate clearly and positively with your team throughout service
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
• Represent the Supernova energy with every shift

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6 months of hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred
• Friendly, energetic, and people-focused personality
• Ability to multitask and stay cool in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator with a proactive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and always ready to support the team
• Available to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and busy shifts
• Passion for food, service, and creating great vibes for guests
