POSITION SUMMARY

As a part-time Supervisor at Supernova Mayfair, you’ll play a key role in leading the team on shift, supporting smooth daily operations, and ensuring every guest receives fast, friendly, and high-energy service.

You’ll be the link between the management team and the crew, helping to motivate the team, maintain standards, and keep service running efficiently during busy periods.

This is a perfect role for someone who is passionate about people, food, and hospitality, and is looking for a flexible part-time role with responsibility in a fun, fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, support, and motivate the team during service
• Ensure orders are taken, prepared, and served accurately and promptly
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation across the site
• Support with opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
• Assist with stock control, prep, and service flow where needed
• Communicate clearly and positively with the team and management
• Help train new team members and set the standard on shift
• Follow and uphold all health, safety, food hygiene, and allergen procedures
• Represent the Supernova energy with every shift

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or senior team member in hospitality
• Experience in a fast-paced quick-service, casual dining, or high-volume environment preferred
• Confident leading a team and supporting smooth service
• Friendly, energetic, and people-focused personality
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive in supporting the team
• Available to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and busy periods
• Passion for food, service, and creating great vibes for guests
