Are you passionate about safety? Do you enjoy a varied day and to be making a difference?
We have a unique opportunity for an aspiring Safety professional to help us ‘Brew a Safe Culture’ across our Brewery and Support Office.
The role of a Brewery Safety Advisor is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for two main areas of safety; Health & Safety and Fire Safety and can share their enthusiasm and drive to influence our teams whilst progressing their career. As part of the small (3 including you) but perfectly formed Safety Team you will work closely with internal stakeholders in our Property, Engineering and Production teams, communicating and ensuring compliance with our safety policies and procedures, together with arranging safety-related training. You will assist the People Leaders in each function with investigations following accidents or incidents, advise post-audits on corrective actions and collectively, influence everyone to maintain a safe workplace for all.
