As our Tenanted Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our new licensees. You will work alongside them and the pub support team during the recruitment process and their first twelve months, providing comprehensive support in financial, sales, marketing, training, operational, and compliance areas. Your goal is to maximize their overall success, achieve individual business objectives, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of best practice systems for the onboarding process
- Monitor and report on new licensee progress, updating stakeholders and business systems
- Conduct business and financial reviews with new licensees at one month and six months
- Analyse sales data, variance reports, and stock take reports, providing feedback and identifying opportunities
- Coordinate meetings with the Food Safety & Menu Development Team and Wines & Spirits Development Manager
- Ensure compliance with mandatory requirements and support licensees with marketing strategies
- Promote and train licensees on the internal property compliance portal
- Assist with tenancy recruitment and manage the talent pool

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday with 1
hour lunch (unpaid)
The Ideal Candidate:- Proven experience in running a successful pub and/or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of P&L reporting, sales, and business planning
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and influence decision-makers
- A proactive problem-solver with exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- High standards of customer service and a flexible approach to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a full driving license
