We have a unique opportunity for a passionate and ambitious surveyor to help in maintaining and developing a regional portfolio of c100 pubs.
In this unique role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continued enhancement of our distinctive and diverse pub portfolio where our customers can build their own memories.
Reporting to the Head of Facilities and Development, you will work with our team of Surveyors (4 including you) and CAFM support professionals as well as work closely with our Operations, Tied Trade and Finance Teams to provide our Tenants with the highest level of support for their unique architecture.
As a Regional Surveyor, you will guide each business through its property maintenance, compliance and development strategy to ensure schedules are followed, quality expectations are met, risks are identified, and quick resolutions are provided to maintain a safe environment for all through best practice and service delivery.
