Customer Service & Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: up to £32,000/annum
Location: Kew Bridge, London
We are looking for a Customer Service & Recruitment Coordinator to join our Tenanted Inns Team at Fuller’s. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating customer service for our Tenanted Pubs, overseeing online ordering, supporting tenant recruitment, and ensuring compliance with the voluntary pubs code. You’ll also act as a key liaison between Fuller’s and our drinks suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
· Handling inbound calls from tenants and resolving queries efficiently.
· Supporting tenants with order placements, liaising with suppliers, and arranging deliveries.
· Ensuring top-tier customer support by fostering strong relationships with tenants.
· Assisting in legal and administrative tasks, including lease documentation and magazine production.
· Supporting the administration of training events.
· Managing tenant recruitment by advertising vacancies and administering the recruitment website.
· Ensuring compliance with our tenanted pub code of conduct.

· Excellent attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset.

· Previous administrative and customer service experience preferred.
