Description

Website Content Manager
Based in our Chiswick Support Centre (W4 3NN) and out in our pubs

£40,000 to £43,500 per annum plus benefits

Fuller's are creators of unique premium pub and hotel experiences. Our pubs pride themselves on our outstanding cask conditioned ales, delicious food, great wines and exemplary service. We are acutely aware of the role that traditional pubs play in British culture and their local communities, and work hard to ensure our pubs provide great surroundings and food and drink for all who walk through our doors.

Fuller’s is family and a place where everyone belongs.

We’re looking for a Website Content Manager to take ownership of our digital estate across 180+ pub websites, hotel microsites and fullers.co.uk.

This is a hands-on role within our digital team, focused on ensuring our websites are accurate, engaging, on-brand and commercially effective. You’ll work closely with marketing, CRM, design, internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver content updates, support campaigns, improve user journeys and maintain high standards across the Fuller’s portfolio—helping drive table bookings, event enquiries, room reservations and customer engagement.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • 25 days’ holiday
  • Access to a wide range of retail discounts and additional employee benefits
  • An allowance of £520 per annum in the form of vouchers for use in Fuller’s pubs (after qualifying service).
  • Inndulgence staff discount card 25-40% discount (starts at 25%, increases with length of service) on your whole bill at Fuller’s pubs and hotels.
  • Access to “My Fuller’s” that offers lifestyle discounts on known brands and gym memberships
  • Discounted hotel rates for yourself, from £75 per night
  • Company medical cashback health care plan - Medicash
  • Up to 7% matched pension contributions on your pensionable earnings

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and update 180+ pub websites, hotel microsites and brand websites
  • Deliver BAU and campaign updates across menus, events, promotions and photography
  • Create and publish landing pages and campaign modules to support marketing activity
  • Ensure all content is accurate, customer-focused, well presented and aligned to brand guidelines
  • Use insight and data to identify opportunities to improve user journeys, engagement and results
  • Support SEO best practice and content optimisation to improve performance
  • Work with internal teams and agency partners on digital improvements, QA, UAT and launch activity
  • Respond to and coordinate local website requests across the estate

Essential experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a website content or website management role
  • Strong marketing mindset and understanding of how websites support campaigns and customer journeys
  • Experience working in a commercially focused business
  • Analytical, results-driven approach and confidence using data to improve performance
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across a business
  • Background in customer-facing environments or businesses
  • Confidence managing high volumes of website content with strong organisation skills and attention to detail

Desirable experience

  • Multi-brand or multi-site experience
  • Hospitality, leisure or customer-facing retail background
  • Experience optimising websites for marketing campaigns
  • SEO knowledge
  • Exposure to digital accommodation or hotel booking journeys
  • Experience using Power BI, GA4 and SEO tools

Working pattern

This role is primarily office-based. Most working days will be spent in the Kew Bridge office or visiting one of our sites, so it will suit someone who enjoys in-person collaboration and being close to the operation (and is not looking for a mainly remote role).

Apply

If you’ve managed website content in a commercially focused environment and enjoy combining content, marketing, user experience and performance, we’d love to hear from you.
