Sustainability Manager
Kew Bridge, London, W4 3NN | Multisite hospitality business | Hybrid
£72,000 to £78,000 plus great benefits
Fuller's are creators of unique premium pub and hotel experiences. Our pubs pride themselves on our outstanding cask conditioned ales, delicious food, great wines and exemplary service. We are acutely aware of the role that traditional pubs play in British culture and their local communities, and work hard to ensure our pubs provide great surroundings and food and drink for all who walk through our doors.
Fuller’s is family and a place where everyone belongs.
This is a Sustainability Manager role for someone who knows how to influence people, shift behaviours and drive meaningful change in a complex, operational business.
You’ll lead the delivery of an ambitious sustainability agenda across a multisite estate, turning strategy into practical action. Working across teams, sites and senior stakeholders, you’ll need the credibility and confidence to bring people with you, challenge ways of working and build real momentum.
We’re looking for someone who combines technical sustainability expertise with strong change management skills, commercial judgement and a genuinely engaging style. You’ll be a natural relationship-builder, comfortable working across different functions, able to prioritise effectively and motivated by delivering outcomes.
This role could suit someone stepping up from the sustainability team in a larger organisation into a leadership position with more ownership, visibility and impact. Or a Sustainability Lead in a smaller business looking for somewhere to spread their wings more broadly.
We’d love to meet people with:
A rare opportunity to shape sustainability in a business where your ability to influence will be just as important as your technical expertise.
What We Offer
Working pattern for this role can be hybrid with Mondays in our Kew Bridge Support Centre, 2 other days out across the estate or in the office – as the business needs. Flexibility will be required.
