Fuller’s is looking for a Graduate Property Administrator to join our Property Team in Kew Bridge, London.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to start a career in property and gain hands-on experience in a varied administrative role. You’ll work as part of a small, supportive team and play an important part in the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio.
You will work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as landlords, tenants, local authorities, and other external partners.
What you’ll do
● Provide administrative support across Fuller’s managed, tenanted, and commercial property portfolio
● Coordinate licence applications and renewals, keeping records accurate and up to date
● Maintain property records, reports, and internal trackers
● Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to help resolve day-to-day property matters
● Source rented accommodation for employees where required
● Raise purchase orders and work with the Finance team to process payments
● Support property acquisitions and disposals by coordinating activity across the business
● Act as a key contact for utility providers
● Assist with reviewing leases and other property documents
● Build strong working relationships with pub managers, Support Office teams, and external partners
What we’re looking for
● A recent graduate with an interest in building a career in property
● Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
● A confident communicator who enjoys working with a wide range of people
● A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
● A positive attitude and willingness to learn
