Description

    Design Coordinator
    Location: Kew Bridge, London
    Salary: up to £45,000/annum doe

At Fuller’s, we’ve been welcoming people into our pubs for over 180 years. From iconic London pubs to destination hotels, every one of our venues has its own unique character – and our Estates team plays a vital role in keeping them looking their best.

We are looking for a Design Coordinator to join our in-house design team. This is a varied role where you'll help bring refurbishment projects to life, supporting everything from initial concepts through to installation. If you're highly organised, have an eye for detail and a passion for interiors, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within a business that genuinely cares about quality and craftsmanship.

Working closely with the Design Manager, you'll coordinate multiple projects across our estate, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing suppliers and maintaining project documentation to carrying out site surveys and supporting installations, you'll help create welcoming spaces that both our teams and customers love.

    What you'll be doing

    • Supporting refurbishment and design projects across our managed pubs and hotels.
    • Assisting with design concepts, mood boards and project schedules.
    • Coordinating suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
    • Carrying out site surveys and attending project meetings and installations.
    • Managing stock inventories and helping source products and materials.
    • Styling interiors and supporting visual merchandising across our estate.
    • Responding to reactive requests from our pub teams.
    • Keeping up to date with hospitality and interior design trends.

    What we're looking for

You'll be organised, proactive and confident managing several projects at once. You enjoy building relationships, communicating with a range of stakeholders and solving problems as they arise. An interest in hospitality, interiors or design is essential, along with a practical approach and willingness to visit sites across our estate.

    You'll also have:

    • Experience coordinating projects or supporting project delivery.
    • Knowledge of interiors, building layouts or refurbishment projects.
    • A genuine interest in design, with an enthusiasm for creating inspiring hospitality spaces.
    • Experience working with suppliers and sourcing products.
    • Good IT skills and a basic understanding of CAD.

In return, you'll join a supportive team where your ideas are valued, your development is encouraged and you'll play a part in shaping some of the most recognisable pubs in the South of England
