F1® Arcadeis theworld's first official Formula 1®social entertainment venue, where high-octane excitement meets exceptional hospitality! Each meticulously designed venue features up to 90 state of the art full motion F1® racing simulators, a world-class food menu and openkitchen, an enormous cocktail and champagne bar, along with private and semi-private event spaces, perfect for all group sizes.  

We first opened our doors at St Paul’s, London in November 2022, and have further added arcades in Birmingham, as well as in the US in Boston & Washington D.C. Whether you’re a racing fan or not, this is a social gaming experience like no other.  

We’re looking for a General Manager to join our team at our St Paul's Arcade. 

Key Responsibilities of the General Manager: 

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring the seamless integration of dining and entertainment services while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, implementing cost-control measures and revenue-generating strategies to drive profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Champion a guest-first approach by developing and maintaining service standards that create memorable and engaging experiences for every visitor.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies that align with the brand’s vision, positioning F1® Arcade as a leader in the competitive hospitality market.
  • Managed high volume venues previously, with at least 5 years of experience as a General Manager.

 If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous: 

  • Running high volume multi-operational sites, ideally within experiential or competitive socialising sectors of hospitality.
  • Worked previously within premium hospitality, and familiar with a premium dining and experiences for guests.
  • Developed internal pipelines with a strong track record, being a hands-on manager and true leader.
