SUMMARY OF POSITION
What's the Gig, you ask?
As a Reservation & Sales Executive at Clays, you will play a vital role at the heart of our sales team, combining exceptional customer service with confident sales execution. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests and clients, delivering a warm, knowledgeable, and engaging experience from the very first call or email.
You’ll handle inbound enquiries across both leisure and corporate audiences, responding promptly, quoting with confidence, and providing tailored recommendations that reflect our premium offering. You'll work closely with the wider Sales, Events, and Operations teams to convert bookings efficiently and ensure a seamless guest journey.
In addition to managing the reservations inbox and phone lines, you’ll support with the creation and distribution of daily run sheets, and during peak periods, assist with hosting or overseeing smaller events.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, be highly organised, confident in client communication, and proactive in spotting sales opportunities. This is a great role for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys working across multiple functions, and is looking to grow in a dynamic, experience-led business.
