The Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Field Recruiter is a hands-on, high-output hiring partner responsible for keeping Smashburger restaurants fully staffed. You’ll drive fast, high-volume recruiting across multiple locations—owning everything from sourcing to offer—while delivering a consistent, efficient hiring process that supports restaurant operations.
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in our Denver Support Center)
