We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Administrator to join and support our people team to act as a central point of contact and provide an efficient and streamlined service to the business with regard to all People and Culture related administrative tasks.

 

The role has a wide remit handling day to day administrative queries and transactions that come into the team, as well as feeding into the strategic planning activity we undertake to ensure our people experience is constantly evolving to be even better every day.

 

As our administrator you will:

·        Support the onboarding process by sending a personal welcome card to each new starter

·        Organise and maintain employee records and databases

·        Take ownership of the administration of sensitive and confidential correspondence

·        Work with the L&D coordinator to assist with the management of the Learning and Development diary

·        Actively seek feedback from the team at every level on all aspects of their employment journey

·        Be on hand to answer queries from our teams, escalating appropriately as nee

·        Liaise with our central payroll team on benefits and payroll administration as required

·        Produce management information and other essential reports for the team and the wider business

·        Support our excellent communications strategy with regular posts on our internal comms tools keeping everyone up to date on key informaiton relating to benefits

 

You’ll be good at:

·        Juggling multiple priorities, handling fluctuating volume and being adaptable to ever-changing business demands

·        Developing strong relationships with stakeholders, being highly visible across the business

·        Having an eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and clear presentation in your work

·        Working within all Microsoft Packages (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint to at least an intermediate level)

·        Listening effectively and communicating in a persuasive and confident manner

·        Working with complete discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality

You will also have:

·        Previous experience of administration within a busy People team

·        Experience of producing People/HR documentation

·        Experience of working with HR Information Systems (or other databases)

·        Some knowledge of UK employment legislation, people policies and best practice 

 

You should know:

  • This is a full-time hybrid role (Monday to Friday) working in the office at least three days a week
  • The role will be based in our London Office which is near Chancery Lane Station  
  • You must have the right to live and work in the UK
