This is the perfect job for someone with passion for coffee and people. We are looking for personality and flare whilst promoting our coffee brand across of client portfolio.

You must be well versed on working with various barista equipment brands like, La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino, Mahlkonig, etc.. Have creativity and being able to bring other on journey with you.

This role will report to the Head of Coffee & Tea and will be mostly based remotely helping our business around M25, M4 and M3

As a Development Barista, you are required to:

• Driving License and own car
• Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience as head barista in coffee environment
• Loves fast past coffee bars
• Experience operating in an office environment
• Foodie at heart
• Amazing personality!
• People’s person with ability to coach
• Excellent customer service
• Wants to support & work in family like environment
• Good English command, speaking and writing

Ideally, you will have a Food Safety Level 2 certificate and Barista certifications. You will have at least 2 years’ experience as Head Barista or Supervisor in a coffee shop.
