We’re a multi award-winning contract catering company, with a team of trained foodies serving over 45,500 satisfied customers every day. With a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we consistently exceed client expectations. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our portfolio of sites in London.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of catering services across our diverse portfolio of sites. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining high standards of service quality, and fostering strong client relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of catering sites within London area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement strategic plans to optimise efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all sites.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations at all sites.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively to achieve financial targets.


You’ll be educated to degree level with at least 5 years’ experience in a large corporate contract catering business. Your knowledge and passion for food and customer service together with your exceptional communication skills and leadership qualities make you a perfect fit for this role.
