45 Park Lane - Sushi Kanesaka

45 Park Lane is a vibrant beacon of contemporary culture in a luxury hotel. An invigorating blend of art and landmark architecture in the middle of classical London. With just 45 spacious rooms and suites, alongside our magnificent penthouse, each guest room overlooks the royal Hyde Park and those on higher floors enjoy panoramic views across London. Our host concept means every guest has their very own host to be a butler, concierge and personalised bank of useful knowledge. The modern American steak restaurant, CUT, by Wolfgang Puck, positioned at the heart of the hotel is a lively delight, lead by our Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef, David McIntyre.

We work with some of the most talented and unique individuals in our business, who always ensure the extraordinary guest experience of Dorchester Collection and the hotels within it.
