SUSHISAMBA makes its highly anticipated Los
Angeles debut, bringing its iconic blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian
culture to the heart of West Hollywood.
With locations in some of the world’s most dynamic cities—Las
Vegas, London, Dubai, Singapore and now L.A.—SUSHISAMBA is known for
culinary creativity, immersive design, and a high-energy atmosphere unlike any
other.
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic
Sushi Cooks to join our opening team and to help deliver unforgettable
hospitality in a one-of-a-kind setting.
What
You’ll Do:
•
Maintain
food quality and standards ensuring guest satisfaction
•
Maintain
standards of safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen
•
Follow
recipes in line with SUSHISAMBA standards
•
Comply
with company procedures, recipes and presentation to maximizing productivity
and profitability
•
Execute
dishes in a timely and efficient manner to meet and exceed guest expectations
•
Liaise with restaurant manager and service
staff regarding service issues
What We’re Looking For:
·
Previous experience working as a Sushi Cook or higher
·
The ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
·
The
ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of
force frequently
·
Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
·
Full ownership of your role
·
Possession of valid Food Handler Card
·
Valid documentation
of your right to work in the U.S
