SUSHISAMBA makes its highly anticipated Los
Angeles debut, bringing its iconic blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian
culture to the heart of West Hollywood.
With locations in some of the world’s most dynamic cities—Las
Vegas, London, Dubai, Singapore and now L.A.—SUSHISAMBA is known for
culinary creativity, immersive design, and a high-energy atmosphere unlike any

We’re on the lookout for passionate and dynamic Bartenders to join
our opening team and help deliver unforgettable hospitality in a one-of-a-kind
setting.
What
You’ll Do:
- Create and serve beverages in accordance with SUSHISAMBA standards and guidelines
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of SUSHISAMBA food and beverage options
- Ensure the needs of our guests are continuously met in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanour at all times
- Check customers’ personal identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Attend mandatory pre shift meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working as Bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in the English language both written and verbal
- The ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
- Drive and ambition with the desire to learn and grow within the team
- Full ownership of your role
- Possess a valid Food Handler Card
- Valid documentation of your right to work in the U.S
