What You'll be Doing:
Prepare all SusieCakes product offerings, custom and specialty cakes as guests’ request. Maintain the SusieCakes quality standards in the creation of each product
Ensure daily production is completed and product inventory levels are met
Lead and direct team members on shifts as assigned by the Head Baker or General Manager
Perform duties as instructed by the Manager-on-Duty (MOD), Head Baker, or General Manager
Requirements:
Two years of previous culinary experience, pastry experience strongly preferred
One year of supervisory experience
Must be able to safely utilize all bakery equipment
Attention to detail
This position is compensated with a base hourly rate + tips and is eligible for overtime.
