 We are looking for a talented General Manager to lead the team at The Swan Hotel in Stafford .  

This as a great opportunity to join us at an established business  as a leader, where we  already have  a great guest focused  team, both front and back of house. You'll bring the experience in business acumen and the soft skills to further develop and nurture the team . Previous experience as a General Manager of a high volume , high quality hospitality business is a requirement for this role .

  • Experience in managing a busy , volume food and beverage operation to high standards.
  • Can inspire and develop a team

  • Financial understanding, experience working with P&Ls, sales and labour budgeting
  • Drive recruitment, team development, engagement and communication
  • Develop sales and deliver on financial targets
