The Swan Hotel at Stafford is now recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in this established hotel .

As an experienced professional Head Chef you will have run busy fresh food kitchens, maintained 5 star hygiene kitchen operations and are able to mange develop and lead your kitchen team through every type of service session. You will have a keen interest in the creative food scene and want to put your own stamp on your menu's .
