Head Baker - Hospitality Group (5 Venues + associated events)

Location:  Fforestfach
Hours: Early mornings required (from 4am/5am)
Employment Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a talented and passionate baker to join our growing hospitality group, overseeing baking for our five busy restaurants and associated venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and experienced baker to work alongside our longstanding bakers, help develop new ideas, and take our offering to the next level.

About the Role

As a baker, you will be responsible for producing and developing a wide range of high-quality baked goods for:

  • Cake counters
  • Bespoke breads and artisan loaves
  • Dessert menus across all restaurants
  • Private and corporate events

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen or bakery
  • Excellent knowledge of pastry, cakes, breads, and desserts
  • High standards of organisation, consistency, and quality control
  • Comfortable working early mornings (from 4am/5am)
  • Must be able to drive or travel reliably to our bakery at that time
