As the Training Program Specialist you will work closely with the Operations and Training teams to support our franchise owners/operators to be knowledgeable of Swig’s tried-and true processes and operating best practices. Top Responsibilities 
  • Design and Develop Training Programs: Create engaging, interactive, and effective training programs that align with company objectives and improve team performance. This includes both in-person and online training formats. 
  • Maintain Training Materials: Keep all training content, manuals, and resources up-to-date and relevant. Regularly review and update materials to reflect changes in policies, procedures, or technology. 
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, especially if there are legal or compliance training requirements in the sector. 
  • Understand Company Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership and key departments (e.g., marketing, operations, HR) to gain a deep understanding of the goals and objectives behind new company initiatives, whether it's a product launch, a new service, or an operational change. 
  • Translate Goals into Training Materials: Develop training content that communicates the purpose and importance of the new initiative, focusing on how it impacts various roles within the company. 
  • Develop Engaging and Multi-Format Materials: Create a range of content including presentations, manuals, videos, infographics, step-by-step guides, and FAQs. Tailor the content to suit different learning styles and platforms (e.g., in-person, online, mobile). 
  • Craft Detailed Rollout Plans: Develop comprehensive rollout guides that clearly outline timelines, key milestones, action items, and responsibilities. These guides help teams understand what steps to take and when. 
  • Standardize Implementation: Create standardized guides for different teams, such as store managers, training leads, or department heads, to ensure consistency in how the initiative is introduced and implemented across locations. 
  • Incorporate Visuals and Tools: Use visual aids like checklists, flowcharts, and timelines to help teams visualize the rollout process and ensure no steps are missed. 
  • Provide Scenario-Based Examples: Include real-world examples or scenarios in the guides to demonstrate how the initiative will be applied in daily operations, making it more relatable and actionable. 
Qualifications: 
  • Exemplifies all Swig Values 
  • Able to work a required 40 + hours a week 
  • Willing to commute to our Training Center in Lehi, UT 
  • Willing to travel when necessary 
  • Clear and direct communication skills 
  • Detail oriented with all rollouts, policies, and procedures. 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Takes initiative with reporting and documenting processes and progress 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
