You’re the conductor of our marketing orchestra, the person who ensures every campaign, creative deliverable, and cross-department initiative comes together in rhythm and on time.

Your role isn’t to chase tasks, it’s to build the systems, structure, and clarity that help our team operate 6–12 months ahead. You’ll own cross-functional delivery, connecting Marketing, Product, Design, Real Estate/Development, and other teams so that work moves forward with precision, collaboration, and purpose.

You’ll turn ideas into organized plans, meetings into decisions, and projects into outcomes that push the business forward.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Build the Operating Rhythm: Design and manage repeatable workflows for marketing campaigns, store openings, partnerships, and other projects, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Delivery: Serve as the hub connecting marketing and partner teams; anticipate needs, align stakeholders, and guide projects from kickoff through completion. Campaigns launch on schedule, store openings run predictably, and cross-functional work feels coordinated.
  • Establish Visibility and Accountability: Maintain a single source of truth for projects, timelines, and ownership using Monday.com and related tools. The team knows exactly what’s happening, who owns it, and when it’s due.
  • Facilitate Clarity: Lead meetings with purpose, creating agendas, driving decisions, and capturing next steps that move work forward. 
  • Spot and Solve Problems Early: Identify bottlenecks, risks, and process gaps; design better systems to prevent them from happening again. 
  • Ensure readiness: Keep the team operating ahead of schedule, enabling proactive planning and fewer surprises across all marketing initiatives.
  • Elevate collaboration: Help creative, analytical, and operational teammates work in sync, translating between disciplines and keeping communication clear and actionable. Projects move forward smoothly because structure exists, not chaos.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Proven experience in project or program management, ideally within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment (marketing experience helpful but not required).
  • Deep understanding of process design and workflow optimization, you know how to create systems that people actually use.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, you think in sequences, anticipate dependencies, and bring order to complexity.
  • Clear communicator in written, verbal, and visual; you translate complexity into actionable clarity.
  • Proactive problem-solver, you don’t wait to be told what’s broken; you diagnose and design better ways of working.
  • Skilled in task and project management tools.
