In this role, Swig relies on you to enhance workplace culture and drive business performance by creating an exceptional employee experience. Your expertise will support our team members and leaders in workforce management, program administration, and data management, all under the banner of Swig’s outstanding culture. How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for team member and management support regarding company policies, procedures, programs, and escalations
  • Administer benefits programs, employee onboarding and offboarding, Workers Compensation, leaves, maintain employee records
  • Design and implement high-volume employee feedback process, including engagement surveys and employee interviews 
  • Partner with field and HQ  leadership teams to maintain compliance, best practices, and guidance for performance, employee relations, and investigations
  • Support with designing and execute People & Culture initiatives; including retention, compensation, and development programs
  • Ownership of compliance reporting and database management
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Other tasks as neccessary 

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • At least 1 years of experience in the Human Resources field
  • Experience working in a retail environment, supporting both hourly and salaried team members
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal to partner in a cross-functional environment
  • A healthy curiosity to understand all facets of the business to build holistic approaches
  • Knowledgeable of federal and state labor laws
  • Proficient in Google Suite and MS Excel
  • Experience with ADP is ideal
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for in-store interactions
