Reporting directly to the Manager, the Head Shift Lead position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the assigned venue(s), ensuring that all team members perform to the highest standards in service, safety, and sanitation.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Operational Oversight: Supervise all staff during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service across the venue.

• Team Leadership: Act as a point of support and accountability for team members. Provide real-time coaching and ensure staff adhere to performance and behavior expectations.

• Training & Onboarding: Train and mentor new hires to ensure they understand company standards, procedures, and expectations. Provide ongoing support to develop team capabilities.

• Compliance & Cleanliness: Enforce company policies around food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. Perform regular stand checks to ensure compliance with health regulations and operational standards.

• Communication: Serve as a liaison between team members and the Manager. Promptly escalate issues as needed while also offering solutions.

• Ordering/Inventory: Maintain detailed inventory reports and place orders in a timely manner when scheduled. Detailed in counting inventory for accurate ordering.

• Customer Service Support: Step in to assist with guest interactions when necessary, ensuring positive experiences and resolving escalated concerns promptly.
