Description

The Catering Team Member Position will work within multiple Swig stadium locations/events, NOT in one specific Swig location. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Execute quality drinks & food following proper Swig procedures 

  • Communicate clearly with guests and other team members on the line 

  • Clean work areas quickly and expertly, remove dirty dishes, empty garbage as needed (deep clean as needed) 

  • Help organize for proper food rotation and cleanliness 

  • Handle the prepping, stocking, and staging of all food, paper, and chemicals 

  • Follow food rotation and shelf-life procedures 

  • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures 

  • Understand and assist according to the needs of to go and delivery orders 

  • Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook 

  • Work together effectively as a team to accomplish Swig goals 

  • Perform other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Be flexible with game/event hours as this is an opportunity to work at different locations/times depending on the schedule of the events. 

  • Live by and possess the Swig Stores’ Values: Positivity, Humility, Competency and Integrity to ensure top-notch customer service 

  • Exceptional attention to detail 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication 

  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely, accurate manner 

  • Food handlers permit 

  • Regular and predictable attendance 

  • Reliable transportation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Be at least 16 years of age 

  • Restaurant experience preferred
