Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Analyst to ensure that our inventory is accurately managed across suppliers, redistribution centers, and final mile distribution centers. This role is critical to maintaining adequate supply at existing and new stores, supporting operational efficiency, and collaborating with internal and external partners.

This position is ideal for someone starting their career in supply chain, inventory management, or operations, and is a self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Inventory Management:
    • Ensure final mile and middle mile partners have adequate inventory of all items to maintain supply.
    • Work with distributors to manage proper phase in/out of inventory.
    • Review LTO inventory with Supply Chain partners to ensure items are in the right place.
    • Ensure items are active at each distribution center.
    • Collaborate with procurement to ensure suppliers are maintaining adequate supply.
    • Route and direct transportation to ensure products reach stores, middle mile, and final mile distribution centers.
    • Respond to Freshdesk inquiries related to inventory, order guides, and systems.
  • New Store Implementation:
    • Ensure all new stores are accounted for, and updates to dates and addresses are communicated to partners in a timely manner.
    • Assign stores to the correct final mile distribution center.
    • Work with final mile partners to ensure proper inventory levels for new store openings.
    • Monitor fill rates of new stores to maintain inventory for promotional events.
    • Collaborate with development to ensure successful openings of new distribution centers.
  • Forecasting:
    • Collaborate with procurement, middle mile, and final mile partners to ensure everyday items meet forecasts.
    • Identify, correct, and communicate inventory and forecasting issues to the supply chain team.
    • Review forecasts against actual usage to predict future trends accurately.
    • Translate and troubleshoot new LTO forecasts with guidance from Supply Chain leaders to develop actionable plans.
