As the Employee Experience Coordinator, you’ll support our Employee Experience team and play a hands-on role in creating a positive employee experience. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone eager to learn HR fundamentals while helping with day-to-day operations, office coordination, and team engagement. You’ll assist with HR tasks like payroll and recruiting support, coordinate meetings and events, and help keep our workplace running smoothly.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Assist with HR programs, internal communications, and special projects
• Support payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and general HR administrative tasks
• Order lunches, restock snacks and office supplies, and manage inventory
• Order office beverage supplies (soda BIBs, syrups, creams, etc.)
• Handle shipping, receiving, mail, and package distribution
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of common office areas (entry, copy room, kitchen)
• Manage office access, badges, and keys for employees and visitors
• Serve as the main point of contact for office needs, vendors, and building maintenance
• Help plan and coordinate meetings, team gatherings, and internal celebrations
• Partner with leaders and team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
