Description

This role serves as a strategic partner and advisor focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience. It aligns Employee Experience team objectives with business goals and industry best practices, connecting employee-focused initiatives to meaningful business outcomes. The role also acts as a thought leader, approaches opportunities with a solutions-oriented mindset, and works comfortably with diverse audiences while contributing to a culture of excellence.


How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Act as day-to-day tactical and consultative partner to Swig leadership teams to support employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
  • Educate, coach, and advise leadership on people management, workforce planning, and employee development opportunities.
  • Build productive and trusting relationships with the operations team to strategize, design, and execute engagement and culture initiatives using data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the L&D team to identify training needs, create training content, and educate employees and management as needed.
  • Leverage data to make informed recommendations for improving HR initiatives.
  • Assist in building a scalable and consistent employee experience through procedures, policies, communication, training, and streamlined HR workflows.
What you’ll bring to the role 

  • 4+ years experience in HR, preferably in a progress consultative or Business Partner role.
  • Experience working with senior management and team members alike, preferably in a distributed workforce.
  • Experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, multi-unit, and/or multi-state environments preferred
  • Strong experience creating processes and streamlining HR workflows. 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity, transparency, and commitment to confidentiality
  • Comfortable owning mistakes, humble enough to admit them, and eager to learn and grow
  • Hungry to learn, driven to make an impact, and motivated by company goals
  • Knowledgeable of HR laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies, with the ability to interpret and apply
