Description

The Swig On Site Event Coordinator plays a key role in delivering seamless, high-energy catering experiences for weddings, corporate events, and community celebrations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, owning each event from initial inquiry through execution, while ensuring every detail is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and enthusiasm.

This position will work out of our Swig on Site home base located at our Lehi Main Street Store. 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for catering clients, guiding them from inquiry to event completion
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships by delivering responsive, clear, and friendly communication
  • Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, staffing, timelines, and equipment needs
  • Ensure all event details are accurately documented and clearly communicated to the catering team
  • Support the Swig On Site Manager with contracts, menus, and event documentation
  • Provide on-site event support as needed to assist with execution and client experience
  • Help ensure events run smoothly from setup through breakdown
  • Represent Swig with professionalism, positivity, and high energy at every touchpoint
  • Step in to problem-solve and adapt quickly when last-minute changes arise
