You’ll define what those products should be, how they look and feel, and how they come together, then work with designers and partners to bring them to life. We need someone who can move with confidence, and can help raise the bar on both the work and the process.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Define and develop seasonal merchandise collections across apparel, drinkware, and accessories.
• Own the product development process from concept through launch, including concept validation, feedback, and iteration.
• Build and maintain a forward-looking roadmap so collections are planned ahead of key moments, not reacting to them.
• Collaborate with designers to bring ideas to life, providing clear direction, shaping the creative and refining details.
• Partner with photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to ensure each collection is brought to life clearly and accurately for the customer.
• Create high-quality products we are proud to put into the world, items customers genuinely want.
• Stay in tune with trends and customer preferences, translating them into products that people are excited to buy.
• Manage timelines and key milestones to ensure collections launch when they need to.
