Description

The Learning Experience Design Specialist ensures store operators, including franchise partners, have the tools, resources, and learning materials needed to execute the operating model with consistency. This role sits at the intersection of Operations Services and Learning Experience Design, translating operational initiatives into clear, practical resources for store teams.

Working closely with Operations, Marketing, Training, this role develops resources for both new and existing systems, including launch materials and learning assets that simplify processes and support successful rollouts. This includes initiatives such as Limited Time Offers and other operational programs.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Inform and update operational systems while building and maintaining standard processes and documentation

  • Act as a stakeholder in cross-functional rollout planning to ensure stores receive consistent, easy-to-understand operational guidance

  • Help coordinate field resources for new initiatives, menu updates, and process improvements

  • Ensure operational resources remain accurate, accessible, and aligned with current standards

  • Design engaging learning materials that support operational execution, including learning decks, visual guides, videos, and micro-learning assets

  • Translate operational processes into simplified learning experiences for store-level leaders and team members

  • Collaborate with Training and Development teams to align operational content with broader learning programs

  • Apply instructional design principles to create materials that support effective learning and retention

  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Training teams to support successful launches of new initiatives and limited-time offers

  • Ensure messaging, resources, and learning materials are aligned across teams

  • Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback from field teams and identifying opportunities to simplify operational resources

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Strong written communication and content development skills

  • Ability to translate complex operational processes into clear and simple materials

  • Experience developing learning or training resources

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders

  • Proficiency in presentation and content development tools (Google Suite, Canva, Articulate Rise 360 etc.)

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong visual communicator and content builder including s

  • Knows graphic design best practices and can create signage and decks to support the business.

  • Solutions-oriented with a focus on simplifying execution

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
