Description

As a Training Specialist focused on franchise operations, you will play a critical role in supporting our franchise owners and their teams, ensuring that every Swig location delivers the same exceptional experience. From onboarding new franchise partners to building long-term training programs, you’ll be at the center of Swig’s growth story. 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Lead on-site, multi-day training programs for new franchise groups at Swig’s training locations
  • Support new store openings by training franchise owners and their teams on Swig’s culture, operations, and guest experience standards
  • Collaborate with Operations, Business Consultants, and internal training teams to design and deliver effective training modules (in-store, virtual, and via Swig U)
  • Create and update training materials, job aids, and resources to support franchise operations, including customer service, product preparation, and safety protocols
  • Provide ongoing coaching, site visits, and continuous support to franchise operators
  • Build strong relationships with General Managers and franchise leadership to reinforce operational best practices, financial accountability, and marketing execution
  • Identify training gaps and implement solutions to improve consistency and performance across the franchise network
  • Monitor adherence to training standards and evaluate training effectiveness in the field
  • Partner with operations to maintain excellence in guest service, product quality, and safety
  • Act as an ambassador of Swig’s values, promoting cultural alignment across the franchise system

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to train diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support ongoing franchise training.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and nontraditional hours when supporting store openings.
  • Passion for customer experience and operational excellence.
