Swingers – the crazy golf club is looking for an Inventory Control Manager to join the opening team of our new Flagship in Las Vegas!  We offer excellent benefits and annual compensation of $70,000-$80,000*.

The Role:

The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for inventory control, ordering, receiving, storing, and dispersing goods to ensure that each department’s supply needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.  They are also responsible for helping maintain the venue to the highest standard of organization and in accordance with Swinger’s standards and Department of Health guidelines, as well as communicating and coordinating effectively with management and adhering to the Swingers ethos, policies, and procedures.

 

Our perfect candidate has:

  •        Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control and receiving, preferably in a Food and Beverage environment.
  •        A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  •        Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
  •        Ability to liaise with Suppliers and Vendors to ensure overall inventories for the location are met
  •        Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to trouble-shoot and resolve any inventory issues
  •        Ability to access and accurately input information using both traditional and company-specific hardware and software programs on a           POS, PC, or mobile devices
  •        Consistent in delivering highest standards of service
  •        Proactively collaborates with others, and maintains effective communication with all levels of management
  •        Fluent in spoken and written English
  •        Understand Health and Safety requirements, Food Hygiene requirements, and other relevant protocols
  •        Able to lift, push, and pull 30+ lbs.
  •        Able to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions

*The base pay range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc.
