Swingers – the crazy golf club is looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to join the opening team of our new Flagship in Las Vegas!  

Our venue takes mini golf, cocktails and gourmet street food to create a new social experience that we call ‘crazy golf’. Our theatrical venue reimagines the 1920s British countryside and features three 9-hole crazy golf courses packed full of obstacles and challenges, that will both delight and challenge our guests in equal measure!  The party continues as you discover that the Carnival has come to town with vintage decor, vibrant lights, and nostalgic sideshow games, each designed to spark joy and friendly competition.  Luckily, we bring our guests cocktails while they play to keep them refreshed…

The Role:

The Guest Services Coordinator at Swingers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless communication between guests, the front of house operations team, and the sales department. Based in Las Vegas, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests at Swingers location based in Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, and provide assistance, information, and support to enhance their overall experience.

Guest communication:

  • Act as a point of contact for guests contacting Swingers, handling inquiries, reservations, and requests via phone, email and other communication channels.
  • Utilize a multi-line phone system, communication channels and reservation system to efficiently manage guest interactions and accurately record information.
  • Provide accurate information about Swingers facilities, services, amenities and promotions to assist guests in making informed decisions.
  • Promptly and efficiently respond to inbound and outbound communications.
  • Forward facing communication with guests on property regarding pricing, hours, services, etc.

Customer service excellence

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to guests, understanding their needs, and responding promptly and courteously to inquiries, and concerns.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance and solutions to enhance their experience and exceed their expectations.

Interdepartmental liaison:

  • Serve as a vital link between guests, the front of house operations team, and the sales department, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Relay important information, feedback, and requests between guests and relevant departments to ensure effective problem resolution and service delivery.

Department Support:

  • Assist the sales department by qualifying inbound client inquiries and loading them into the reservations system when needed
  • Assist the sales department by providing information on group bookings, events, and promotions to guests, and coordinating reservation details and logistics as needed.
  • Prepare reservation packets and customer envelopes.
  • Manage inventories and coordinate reorders with Sales / Marketing
  • Use Swingers booking systems in line with all established SOPs and workflows. 
  • Oversee various office tasks, including organizing departmental documents, photocopying, mailing departmental correspondence, and promptly disseminating updates to relevant departments.
  • Assist management as needed with departmental and cross departmental collaboration
  • Sustain familiarity and robust knowledge of Swingers Las Vegas and Swingers US Portfolio but not limited to, venue capacities and adaptability, comprehend food and beverage menu details, adhere to health and safety protocols, and grasp operational terminology specific to the industry and to Swingers operations terminology 

Our perfect candidate has:

  • 6+ months of experience in the hospitality industry (required)
  • Hotel Reception/Front Desk or Event sales/coordination experience (prefered)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused experience and mindset, with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and support colleagues.
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle various tasks
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, per the needs of the business
  • Able to work on-premises 
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems
  • Able to lift, push, and pull 20+ lbs.
  • Able to walk, stand for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions.
