Swingers – the crazy golf club is looking for an Office Manager to join the opening team of our new Flagship in Las Vegas!  We offer excellent benefits and annual compensation of $75,000-$90,000*.

The role:

The Office Manager has two main purposes day-to-day: ensuring the seamless operation of the venue and providing administrative support to the General Manager and venue management team. They will handle clerical duties across various departments, as well as organize to help ensure operational success of the venue. Administrative responsibilities include updating HR documents, onboarding new hires, auditing employee timecards, organizing invoices and purchase orders, and inventory of Swingers merchandise. With an overriding focus on team and guest experience, the Office Manager balances clerical and organizational support with operational excellence, commercial acumen, safety compliance and a developing display of emotional intelligence.


Our perfect candidate has: 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role within high-volume hospitality environments with elevated concepts and high standards of service
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in an administrative role, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Premium hospitality experience... experience with experiential concepts is a plus!
  • Strong organization skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to team members at all levels
  • The ability to manage under pressure and make decisions in real time
  • The ability to manage multiple operational and managerial tasks simultaneously
  • Personal maturity to deal with confidential information and/or issues with discretion and sound judgment
  • A relentless sense of optimism and the ability to adapt
  • A healthy interest in social competition and passion for hospitality
  • TIPS alcohol certification
  • Food handling certification 
  • The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
