Social Media and Guest Support

Thai Chili 2go is seeking a Social Media and Customer Support team member to join our vibrant team. This multifaceted role combines customer service, social media management, and marketing, providing an exciting opportunity to develop skills and thrive in the dynamic world of a growing restaurant brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer/Operations Support:

Respond to and forward customer support emails.
Track support issues to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Assist customers with gift card issues, including setup and troubleshooting.
Respond to 3rd Party Delivery (3PD) reviews (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc) to maintain a positive reputation.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize team workflows.

Social Media/Marketing:

Participate in content shoots to create high-quality visuals and videos for social platforms.
Dedicate time daily for engagement across all platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Assist with design work for social media content, ensuring alignment with Thai Chili 2go’s branding utilizing platforms like Canva or Adobe.
Stay updated on trends and provide creative input for engaging reels, posts, and campaigns.
Pull weekly analytic reports.
Monitor and respond to Google and Yelp reviews with professionalism and a brand-first tone.
Coordinate fundraiser initiatives by setting up invitations, updates, and flyers; communicate with schools and the accounting team as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Passion for social media, with experience in content creation and engagement.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, social media platforms, and project management software (Monday.com, Slack, etc).
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about the restaurant and marketing industries.
