Own the best part of the guest experience – Tableside Guacamole
Be the heartbeat of the dining room — keeping the energy flowing, the tables turning, and the experience seamless
Help create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels noticed and cared for
Follow our Service Steps as outlined
Maintain all Health and Sanitation Standards
Keep a "never walk past a napkin on the floor" mentality
Communicate constantly and quietly with Management and service staff to ensure seamless service for all guests
Keep the dining room, service stations, and sidework areas organized, stocked, and spotless — because every detail matters
Quickly clean and turnover tables to maintain dining room efficiency
Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care
Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings — because we grow together
Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless — at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu
Interested? Walk in any day of the week between lunch and dinner service (2-5 PM)
Ask for a manager; we never miss the chance to meet top talent.
Skills and Qualifications
Guest Service Experience - 1 Year preferred
Ability to multi-task while staying organized
Ability to stand on your feet through a shift
High School Degree or GED required
COMPETITIVE PAY Consistent with experience
