Our Shift Leaders run the operation from amazing service to our guests to awesome eats being created in our open kitchens.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll never take a back seat. You’ll be playing a major role in our success. The team will look to you for direction and recognition and the Shift Leader role is an amazing stepping stone in to a successful management career in the Taco Bell Brand.
