Crew Member - Tahini

Kearny Mesa | Full-Time & Part-Time

Tahini is looking for energetic, hospitality-minded Crew Members to join our team at our Kearny Mesa location.

We are hiring for two openings, with a target start by October 21, 2026. No specific shifts are required; please share your available days, time windows and preferred weekly hours.

Tahini is San Diego’s leading Middle Eastern street food concept, serving bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and authentic hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Our Crew Members work across the restaurant, helping with guest service, food preparation, order assembly, cashier duties, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient customer service

• Take orders accurately and operate the point-of-sale system

• Prepare and assemble high quality food according to Tahini standards

• Assist with food prep, stocking, and restocking throughout the shift

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining area, and service stations

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
