As a Takeaway Assistant Manager, you will support the management team in creating an environment where the team is inspired to care about what they are doing through motivating, training and leading by example all the way. You will be working in a busy takeaway where its key to stay calm, organised and work withing a fast pace environment. The ability to work up to our Rockfish standards and across all areas of the takeaway.
