We are seeking a passionate People & Culture Executive to support with the launch and ongoing operations of the Sofitel Dublin Airport Hotel. A Luxury property managed by the award-winning Arora Group in partnership with Accor’s Sofitel brand—is set to redefine the guest experience at one of Europe’s busiest international gateways.

Directly connected to Terminal 2, this flagship property will feature:

  • 412 elegant guestrooms
  • Extensive meetings and events facilities
  • A spectacular rooftop bar with panoramic views across Dublin and the airport

The Role

People & Culture Executive is responsible for the smooth operation of the administration functions of the HR department, providing a comprehensive and proactive HR service across the hotel departments. 

  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of company policies and support employees with any employee relations issues, escalating as appropriate to the People and Culture Director. 
  • Assist and coordinate the delivery of induction and in-house training courses. 
  • Conduct exit interviews. 
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and new starter documentation.
  • Conduct right-to-work and pre-employment checks.
  • Manage onboarding and probation review processes.
  • Produce HR reports, metrics, and management information.
  • Process employee life cycle changes including promotions, transfers, salary amendments, and leavers.
  • Track mandatory training completion.
  • Maintain employee training records.
  • Support performance review and appraisal processes.

About You…

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills. 
  • Very strong communication skills and an excellent standard of written and spoken English. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. 
  • A smart and professional appearance. 
  • Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. 
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in all Microsoft packages. 
  •  Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage. 
  •  Relevant HR Qualification such as CIPD Level 3 or 5.
