Job description
TAO Group LA is seeking a full-time HR Manager. This candidate must have a passion for Human Resources and help to develop our most important asset -- our employees. We are looking for a leader who believes in overwhelming hospitality. Bilingual Spanish is a must.

Employee Relations Experience a plus
Experience in all HR disciplines is a must
Experience with California regulations and laws is a must
Ability to manage up is a must
Other duties include: organization and maintenance of all records as well as full compliance
Must stay informed of current trends, laws, and policies
Maintains constructive working relationships
Able to maintain a solution-oriented approach to conflicts
Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
Familiarity with state and local wage and hour and tax laws
Strong computer skills
Self-motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be organized, proactive, with a strong attention to detail and follow-up
2-3 Years of weekly Payroll processing experience
Hospitality experience is a plus
