The Tap on the Line is a fast paced, all-day offer, serving brunch, lunch and evening meals, alongside great bar snacks and a wide range of drinks including craft beers, cocktails and coffee. It requires tight controls and superb efficiency to turn tables and maximise opportunities, as well as flexing the offer through the year to cater for events in Kew. With an outdoor terrace, there is an all-year round opportunity.

This vibrant, airy, and brasserie-style pub caters for discerning locals, commuters, and tourists to Kew Gardens. This discerning customer base have high standards which need to be exceeded daily.

We are looking for a General Manager who will be able to fully engage with the local customers and make them feel special, whilst sharing the pub with Kew tourists. Someone who can work in partnership with Kew Gardens and local businesses; staying close to the action and being able to plan in advance, maximising all opportunities.

The next General Manager will have a real eye for detail and exacting standards, the ability to switch between driving efficiency and growing spend per head through outstanding service and cleverly selected products and sales drivers.
